FAQs

Do you offer lessons?

Here at Flying M Stable we only provide lessons to owners of horses at the stable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks or cash.

Do you board horses for short periods?

Typically we do not board for less than 1 year. Most boarders at Flying M Stable have been here for 5+ years.

Do I have to ride my horse western to board there?

People who board their horses at Flying M Stable are welcome to ride western, English, or bareback or to just cuddle with their horse.

Can my friends ride my horse?

Boarders are permitted to have friends and family ride their horse provided a liability release form has been signed. All children 17 years old and younger must wear a helmet. Children younger than 5 years old may be led on a pony ride. Prior arrangements must be made with the stable staff if an owner permits friends or family to ride their horse while the owner is not present.

How many stalls do you have?

Flying M Stable has 30 stalls.

What is the difference between full board and self board?

Full board is the option where the stable cleans and resupplies your horse's stall, holds your horse for farrier and vet appointments, and puts blankets/sheets on your horse during inclement weather.

Self board means the owner provides the labor in caring for the horse, including cleaning the stall.
